Brady has been studying almost every day for hours for the LSAT for almost a month. On the 2nd of December he took his exam in Paris and we got to spend a day touring. First we took the metro to Arc de Triomphe, then walked down the Champs Elysees, crossed the river and walked to the Eiffel tower. We went to the top and took some pictures. Then we made our way over to the Louvre. It was the first Sunday of the month so we got in free. But we also got there 20 min to closing so we picked a wing and saw what we could see. We saw a lot of French sculptures. It's amazing how detailed they are! The muscles of the men and the little fatty sections women get right under their bums, also the hair and braids. So much detail its simply amazing it doesn't even look like heavy stone because they have such human likeness. Anyway it was beautiful. From the Louvre we walked back towards the Arc de Triomphe. They have a Christmas market going on with probably over a hundred little huts set up. We bought some churros and sat near the ferris wheel and watched people for a while. All in all it was a wonderful short trip to Paris. Can't wait to go back in April!
Here are some of the pictures we took while we were there. Enjoy!
Stole a picture of these two who were taking wedding photos. So romantic!
A kiss on the top of the Eiffel tower. Just had to!
This is a picture of a flower Brady bought for me on his way home from work and one he made me out of candy wrappers. He's so sweet.

So cool! I love all your pictures! Gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteHilarious comment about the fatty sections on women's legs. Must have been amazing to see the city from the top of the Eiffel Tower! What a view.
